To maintain the beauty and longevity of your Pashmina, proper care is essential. It is highly recommended to dry clean your Pashmina to preserve its softness and delicate fibers. However, if necessary, you can hand wash it using cold water and a mild detergent like baby shampoo or a wool-specific cleanser. Soak it gently for 5-10 minutes, avoiding any rubbing or wringing, then rinse thoroughly with cold water. To dry, lay it flat on a clean towel and roll it to remove excess water—never twist or hang it, as this can damage its shape. Always air dry your Pashmina in a shaded area, avoiding direct sunlight, which may cause fading.

For long-term storage, fold your Pashmina neatly and keep it in a cool, dry place, preferably in a breathable cotton bag. To protect it from moths, store it with cedarwood balls or lavender sachets, and avoid using plastic bags that can trap moisture and weaken the fibers. If needed, you can gently iron your Pashmina on low heat using a steam iron or place a cotton cloth over it before ironing to prevent direct heat exposure. Following these simple care instructions will ensure your Pashmina remains soft, elegant, and timeless for years to come.

At Needle Point Artisan, we take great care to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you wish to return an item, you must initiate the request immediately upon receipt. Returns are accepted within 48 hours for food products and 7 days for craft products from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition—unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Custom-made products and clearance sale items are not eligible for returns. For international orders, customers are responsible for handling returns, as reverse pickup is not available

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or replacement as applicable. Refunds will be initiated immediately upon receipt of the return shipment and will be credited via the original payment method within 7-10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after verification. Please note that damaged, used, or tampered products are not eligible for refunds.

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting our customer support. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In case of an accidental order, kindly reach out to us immediately for assistance. Customized orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances. If a cancellation request is approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
